How will I pay for my care?
You may use Private pay, state plan services and third-party liability such as insurance, Medicare, workers comp, veteran’s benefit and other state & federal programs. We are also waiver approved for ACT 150, Community Health Choices, and OBRA wavier.

How soon will my care start after receiving my Intake?
The process can take up to 45 days to enroll in the wavier program. If you are looking to switch, Care will start in a little as 24-48 hours. 

Can I keep my current Direct Support Worker l if I switch today?
Yes. Satisfaction is Unforgettable Caregivers priority when it comes to care. Our individuals we service have the option of keeping their current Direct Care Worker or hiring a friend or family member. 

How do you select your Caregivers?
Our agency require that each Direct Care Worker pass an extensive background check, SAM, LEIE & Medicheck exclusion record, competency test, meet the requirements of our internal reference process. They must also have a passion for caring and willingness to learn new skills if needed for the job.
